SW288. Rare Vintage AVIATOR Molnija '50 Huge Military Pilots Black Wristwatch $125It is made at Cheljabinsk Watch Factory (in the southern Ural Mountains) in 50' for Soviet A.F. Pilots.This Military AVIATOR Pilots Wristwatch was made in USSR by Soviet Union Watch Industry. It is Limited Edition watch - Very Rare Vintage AVIATOR Wristwatch. Pay attention: the mechanism has a jewel of the central axis, which provides more equable transfer of effort, and testifies to high level of the mechanism. The Original Movement was very well saved, considering age of this watch. The movement is signed SU (Soviet Union, USSR). 'SU' is a generic marking applied to many Soviet-built movements from somewhere around the late sixties until the end of the USSR, after which it was replaced by 'RUS' for Russia. Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping Great, Accurate Time.

It was made in 50th at "Chistopol Watch Factory" of USSR Department of Defense. Watch has precision movement. WOSTOK & WOLNA are only precision wristwatches ever were produced in the USSR. In 1968 these watches received Big gold medal on Leipzig fair. This watch is a copy of Zenith cal.135. The Soviet copy has been obtained even better of its original.
